My application fee payment will not go through
If you are encountering difficulties with your application fee payment:
Ensure that you are using an acceptable payment method (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Visa debit card).
Ensure that you have completed all required fields within the application. Review the tabs at the top of the application: if any tab does not have a green checkmark, then there are one or more incomplete fields or errors that you will need to complete before you can submit your application and pay the fee.
Ensure that you have entered all the credit card information correctly.
If you have taken all the steps above and the payment will still not go through, there may be a connectivity issue between the application form and the online payment processing tool. In that case, please try again at a later time.
When payment is successfully received, a confirmation email will be sent to you. If you do not see this email in your inbox, check your spam folder.
