Closest match to your question:
What do I do if I have a conflict in exam times?
Exam conflicts occur if you are scheduled to write two final exams at the same time. Note that during Spring/Summer Terms, it is not considered a conflict to have exams scheduled consecutively. Exams will be considered in conflict only if they overlap in time.
The process for scheduling the university’s official final exam schedule limits the potential for exam conflicts. If you have a conflict, Examinations and Timetabling will work with departments to ensure students with conflicts receive accommodation.
If you have questions regarding conflicts please call 780-492-3113 or visit the Examinations and Timetabling office on the first floor of the Administration Building for assistance.
For conflicts related to a term exam or term work occurring outside the regularly scheduled class time, please see the University Calendar.
For conflicts resulting from final exams occurring outside of the official final exam schedule, please contact Examinations and Timetabling at 780-492-3113 or visit us on the first floor of the Administration Building.
