Closest match to your question:

What do I do if my CCID is expired?

Your CCID expires after one year of account inactivity, once your relationship with the university ends (e.g. convocating). CCIDs are only reinstated if a new relationship is created with the university (e.g. admission to a new program or employment at the U of A).

If you need to access documents in Bear Tracks after your CCID has expired, you can request a document using one of the forms found in the Office of the Registrar Forms Cabinet

Please contact IST with any additional questions concerning your CCID.
