I am in crisis and need help. Who can I talk to?

The Peer Support Centre offers services for students in crisis, or anyone who needs someone to talk to, in person or over the phone. Volunteers can assist with both academic and personal problems. No concern is too big or too small, whether you need to know how to have an exam deferred, where to find information on eating disorders, or whether you want to talk to someone about a personal loss or suicide. For more information visit Peer Support Centre.
