How do I use Ask Student Connect?

Ask Student Connect is a self-service tool to help students find answers to their questions, 24 hours a day. Enter your question in the box above and click “Ask,” and the tool will search for the closest match to your question in our database. You can also check out related questions and view the Top 10 Questions that other users have asked.

Please note that this tool is not a live chat service.

If you cannot find the answer you are looking for, or have a personal question, please contact Student Connect and we would be happy to assist you online, in-person or by phone:

  • The phone numbers, address, and office hours for Student Connect are displayed on the right-hand side of this page.
     
  • You have the option of contacting Student Connect using our online form, which you can access using the “Contact Form” button that appears at the bottom of the page after you have asked at least one question.

Student Connect provides services from the Office of the Registrar to current and prospective undergraduate and graduate students. Services are provided online, by phone, and in person.
