Closest match to your question:
My application says "Requires Action". What does this mean?
An application status of Requires Action means that there are items missing from your application. Select the “show To Do List items” link for outstanding items (note that completed items will also be displayed). Remember that if you have recently submitted any outstanding items, it may take several weeks for your “To Do List” to be updated.
An application status of Pending Review means that your application has been received by the University of Alberta. The application needs to be reviewed before determining what documents, if any, are required to complete the application. For transfer applicants who have submitted all required documentation, Pending Review may also indicate that the completed application has been sent to the specific faculty for review.
An application status of Complete means that all items required have been received. Please note, however, an admission decision may still be pending and the file may still require faculty review.
