Have you received my documents?

Documents mailed to the Office of the Registrar first arrive at a central mail sorting area for the university where they are sorted and directed to the appropriate offices on campus. Upon arriving in our office, documents must be matched with your file and sent to an advisor for review before we can update your Bear Tracks. This process can take a minimum of 2-3 weeks.

Please remember that although your package may have been delivered and signed for, it can still take several weeks to process your documents and update your file. Please continue to check your Bear Tracks regularly for updates - we thank you for your patience!
